We want to ensure your tenants move into your new home as soon as possible. It is our standard procedure to speak to every tenant once we have received their completed application form and supporting documents, as it helps eliminate assumptions from the referencing procedure.

We will go through their application and ask questions. In some cases we may request additional documentation.  In our opinion serious potential tenants never delay the process, they always cooperate.  We don’t need any tenants to supply us with any written references from any third party, as we are afraid we cannot accept them. All we ask is that they inform their employers, landlords and other referees as named on the application that we will be contacting them.
