We booked a private consultancy session with Marie Parris as we were unable to attend her one day landlord training seminar.
We found our consultancy session invaluable. Marie’s knowledge on being a landlord and as a lettings specialist is second to none.
Having been landlords self managing our own portfolio (13 properties) for the last 3 years, we were really pleased with the knowledge that we gained as a result of our session with her and the electronic documents that we were given to support our own lettings business.
The consultancy session with Marie was done on a one to one basis which meant that we could ask her any questions that we had and in total confidence. This meant that we left the session with all of our questions answered. In addition we also have the comfort of knowing that following on from the session we have still got the support of Marie who is available for us to contact with any further questions.
The session was very relaxed but with structure, whilst at the same time Marie imparted a lot of information to us. At no point during the session did we feel rushed in any way. Marie was more than happy to explain things at length if the need arose.
