Our service generally includes, the compilation and check in of tenants if we are managing the property (terms apply and not available for all management services), as we have found this to be both beneficial to our clients as well as with tenants. Where the inventory clerk can ensure the tenant understands their responsibility and deal with any questions and offers peace of mind to the landlord that a report has just not been left waiting tenants signature.
We are also offer an independent Check-in and Check-out Inventory service and interim inspection reports of any property, independently of using any of our other services.

Without an inventory you create an element of doubt, so protect your investment by ensuring you have one. In the event of any tenants deposit dispute, an adjudicator will want to see that you have a professional and accurate inventory report whether it has been produced in-house or by a third party.
